Basic Support is for clients who are experienced and completely self-sufficient in managing and maintaining a dedicated server. Included support
services are limited to hardware and network issues. Clients with Basic Support requiring assistance from our support team for
issues unrelated to reboots, network issues or hardware failure will be charged on a per instance basis at our standard support fee of $25 per 20 minutes.
