the level of tech support selected - receive 24x7x365 hardware and network support plus access to our
Customer Service Center (CSC). Additional support and troubleshooting is available with our Premium and Fully Managed
Support levels.

Server Availability Monitoring - Increase efficiency and decrease downtime!
Our availability monitoring system will work around-the-clock so you don't have to. RackForce offers server monitoring that includes availability checking of
seven vital services (ICMP Ping, SSH, FTP, SMTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS & POP 3). Two seperate IPs (hosts) can be monitored per account. You can assign an email
address - for each monitored host - where notifications will be sent in the event one of these services is detected as "unavailable" by the monitoring system.
If ICMP fails (the monitoring system can't ping your server) then a support ticket is automatically opened so our Support techs can respond accordingly.
Backup Solutions - Keep critical data safe!
Disaster recovery and critical data protection is an absolute must for serious professional server administrator/owners. RackForce offers affordable backup
solutions that can be added to any of our server accounts offering you and your clients another level of protection and peace of mind. Several options that
you can choose from:

IBM Tivoli Backups - Enterprise level Backups! A high-reliability disk-based backup solution with a small footprint. Backs up your business-critical
data directly to disk.

Dedicated Server FTP Backups - Use offsite network storage to backup your data. This type of backup is self-managed: you decide when and what
to backup. RackForce will provide you with a 5GB FTP account to an offsite network storage device. (Note: Because of the performance limitations of
network-type backups, if you need to backup more than 5GB, we recommend adding a second hard drive to your server.) Please contact the sales department
for more information on backup services.

Tape Rotation - Co-location clients can subscribe to RackForce's tape rotation service. RackForce technicians will act as your hands in the data
center and rotate backup tapes on any schedule you require and store them in our data vault. Contact sales@rackforce.com

Firewall Services - Protect your business-critical data!
Rackforce offers two types of firewall solutions to help you keep your server protected - Firewall Services and FortiGate Hardware Firewall.

Firewall Services - For our DDS customers RackForce can install and configure a software firewall solution setup with a comprehensive rule-set in place.
Changes to your DDS firewall rules can be applied by you and/or with the assistance of our Support techs. Note: A software firewall on its own does not provide
the recommended level of protection for your DDS server.

Custom configuration is not available with the exception of Windows OS customers. As FortiGate is a required component for Windows dedicated servers
customers may request customizations to these rules.
