“Since I began writing web sites in April of 2005, the sites I wrote were all published on various shared hosting plans. I learned a great deal, had fun and then experienced limitations. Over time, I discovered that a need for more backend control in my site authoring was necessary and I began researching various dedicated and virtual hosting providers. In so doing, I performed many searches and read many articles on and about several hosting companies. In my research I spoke to a few hosting companies by phone and attempted to reach several others, without success. In contrast to the vast majority of hosting companies I unsuccessfully attempted to reach, the Rackforce Sales Team and Technical Support Team have always been readily available by phone, via Live Chat and/or by their �Fast Attack� technical support program.

Considering the fact that I had never hosted my own site, I had concerns about a number of technical aspects of hosting technology. I was unsure if I could tackle hosting my own sites and be the server administrator without experiencing major technical difficulties. In February of 2007, I signed up for a hosting account with Rackforce and selected the dds400-l. I can attest that Rackforce has helped me tremendously and I am now the sole server administrator for several web sites, with many more to come and my experience with Rackforce has been great. If you have concerns about being able to establish contact with your hosting company, please note that when Rackforce says �24x7x365 �Fast Attack� Support�, they mean it, as my inquiries have always been fully addressed, beyond my expectations, and done so professionally, courteously and expediently.

A Company That Cares
“I have owned a DDS200 plan for a while. I am actually taking the time to write you a little something regarding your service and support. I have to say that in my IT career, I have rarely encountered companies that were as prompt, dedicated, and knowledgeable and understanding as RackForce was to me. I know a lot of things about PCs, Windows, web design, php and all, but when I came across a Linux platform I was a bit lost and inexperienced.

After lots of help from RackForce support, and tons of research, I feel that I can solve any problems I would encounter. Sometimes, a customer only need to be directed in the right direction and guided through a process by getting a bit of coaching and advices. Well, Rackforce did it for me, and I thought I would let people know.

I find it very refreshing to finally get a company that seems to care more about the human side than the green side ($), if you know what I mean. Sure, companies need money to survive and grow, but client fidelity is something that does not come easy, and RackForce shows it well by supporting their clients in a timely, caring and effective manner, whatever size they are.

I would like to personally thank every member of the Rackforce team for the help they gave me, and also for any help coming in the future.

It brings it all down to one thing for me.

My Business Has Gone Up
“A few months ago I was hosting my server on another site, then they sent me an email, "the site is going down!!!" So I sent an email to my users and told them the bad news: "we are going down until I find a new, good server"; I searched over the internet, compared, talked, well I had 5 days to change and during, 3 days I did intensive research for the best I could find, so I ended in RackForce.

I talked to one representative live ( I was surprised to find someone, because it was very late ) he told me all the information I needed, and I decided to buy a dds200, The server migration was so fast, that I got some emails from my users asking me "when will the server be down" and of course I told them, it is already moved, no one believed me. ( all the job of moving 10 websites was done in one nite ).

Now, months after, I just upgraded to a dds300, (I love the fact that i can upgrade according to my needs) , some users are telling me, wow, what happend everything is just faster !

Since I changed to RackForce, my business has gone up, my customers are happy, I have more control over my server (I use cpanel), and the few times I have needed support, all my tickets have been resolved, not in 1 day , but in a few hours.

Now my plans are to stay here, keep growing, and hopefully keep switching plans, dds500,dds5000, until I own half of RackForce.

“I wanted to send you a note to thank the below team members of your Technical Support Staff. Denis S.Chris RSteve KDarek GMike MChris M Iam a small-time hosting provider and retired Sr. Technology Architect from IBM. As a former 3rd level support person, I can appreciate the terms "support matrix" and "scope". While these members strictly (kindly and professionally) enforced your support matrix, each of them voluntarily provided "tips" and "answers" in their follow-up posts. These tips saved lots of time for me and your team as well as provided "education" to me since I'm not an expert in Linux. For a few years, I've created tickets regarding a possible spammer take-over of my server space. Daily, I would see messages in the mail queue that were being sent on behalf of webmaster at my domain.com Those tickets/questions were never resolved until the situation got so bad that I was sent an AUP - Spam TicketYour Teammates informed me as well as told me how they found spammers sending over 4,500 spam related emails every 10 min. My hosted domains were not available during this take-over. Your Teammates, seeing how serious this matter was with my service offering and reputation, diligently investigated and found that my CMS Product Offering had a script that was causing the problem (KTML a browser-based WYSIWYG HTML editor). They gave me tips to better monitor and manage the mail queue and web connections ( over 800 at one time, sending 4,500 emails). My product required a re-write. When put into production it solved the issue. Although there are still many spammers connecting and looking for the file (toolbar.php), they immediately disconnect and the mail queue is fine. You are lucky to have such professional Teammates.”
